The Division of Gastroenterology and Nutrition is hosting this FREE event in order to provide children and caregivers with celiac disease a comprehensive educational program. This education day will aim to promote awareness by providing our families with a day that will consist of gluten-free food, facts (lecture) and fun.
Children in attendance are provided the opportunity to attend an interactive cooking classes.
Registration/breakfast begins at 8:15 a.m., and the program begins at 9 a.m. We’ll
offer a gluten free continental breakfast and complimentary gluten-free meals for
lunch. Attendees can sample gluten-free products from vendors who will join us
for the education day.
