Hi! My name is Holly and I’m from Wisconsin. I was diagnosed with celiac disease on January 20th, 2023, at the age of 27.
Since diagnosis I’ve struggled through different fears, anxiety and learning about foods. Beyond Celiac has been a fantastic resource for knowledge and support throughout this journey. As I get more involved in the celiac disease community, I hope to be a support to others and spread awareness.
I work as a full time mental health therapist. Outside of work I love to run, camp, hike, and do yoga. In the summer my husband and I enjoy riding our motorcycles and listening to live music.
