My name is Jeff and I am the owner and creator of “Lehigh Valley Gluten Free” on Facebook. I initially created this group in 2021 to form and share a list of places that offer gluten-free items. The group grew exponentially. Now we have moderators and experts who voluntarily help this group. I expanded parts of the group to include a gastroenterologist and a therapist to round it out.
My intention is to have this group be a support group to freely ask medical and mental health questions, as well as answering the most important question: where can I get GF food? We have the right people in place to make this happen. I want our group to be more than a “foodie group.” I want it to be an all encompassing group to help others and also to have events for people in the future.
